We were born in 2019 inside the Cuneo Correctional Facility<\/strong>, and from there pana<\/span>t\u00e9 <\/strong>began to grow in the ovens of Italian prisons, transforming places of waiting into places of possibility. In our bakehouses, high-quality products <\/strong>for the horeca and foodservice<\/strong> sectors come to life, blending craftsmanship, responsibility and social vision<\/strong>. But when someone works and receives training<\/strong> during detention, the recidivism rate drops below 10%<\/strong> (source CNEL<\/strong>). This paradox is where pana<\/span>t\u00e9<\/strong><\/strong> was born: a sustainable, scalable and replicable model of prison economy<\/strong>, that transforms a sentence into a real path of growth and change.\u2028\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n
